The Highline Bears are dedicated to bringing the community together through the game of baseball. Mel Olson Stadium located inside of Steve Cox Memorial Park was once the center stone of baseball on Friday and Saturday nights. Throughout the year the Bears work closely with community groups such as; West Seattle Baseball, Southwest Little League, West Seattle Little League, White Center Kiwanis, Discover Burien, Southwest Seattle Chamber of Commerce, Burien/White Center Rotary Club, Tukwilla School District, Highline School District, and The White Center Food Bank, to name a few. Players spend time each week volunteering their time within the community.
