Bill Wyllys

Bill Wyllys is “the voice” at Mel Olson Stadium.  After working in the aviation flight test industry for nearly 30 years, Bill retired from Boeing to look for his next adventure in life.  Bill decided to put his voice to work and applied for the position as Public Address Announcer for the Highline Bears Baseball Club.  Bill brings his humor, knowledge and love of the game to his announcements, use of sound effects and fan interaction during the game.  Bill is a Seattle native and has spent most of his life in the Puget Sound area.  Bill and his family live in Federal Way and during the Bears off-season he provides his voice and support to local high school and college sports.
